At the heart of Rockland Psychology is Julia Denyer, a Registered Psychologist committed to helping you feel supported, understood, and empowered.
With extensive clinical experience across child, adolescent and adult populations, Julia provides collaborative, client-centred care, integrating neuro-affirming and trauma- informed approaches to promote practical coping skills and lasting change. Her background is rooted in community and hospital, supporting some of the most vulnerable populations across her career. She believes we are all already doing the best we can, and normalizes the value that our best doesn’t always look the same each day.
